Selling tickets online usually goes like this.

You price your class at $65. Eventbrite rings it up at $71 at checkout. Your guests do not blame Eventbrite for that. They blame you.

Then your event ends, and the emails start. Recommended events. Other people's festivals. The audience you spent years building, marketed to like it was never yours.

And the better your night goes, the more you pay. Percentage fees mean a sold-out room costs you more than a half-empty one. Same software, doing the same job.

We think that is ridiculous. So we built Ticketsmith.

Yours. Yours. Yours. Yours. Yours.

That’s the whole product, basically. We make the software so those five things stay with you.

  • Your page

Your logo, photos, copy, and link. Looks like your event because we’re not a marketplace.

  • Your price

You set the prices. No surprise platform fees from us.

  • Your guests

They’re your people. We don’t email them about somebody else’s night.

  • Your checkout

No account, no app, no buyer fee. They pay and they’re done.

  • Your door

Scan tickets, check people in. You run the door.

Things you might be wondering.

When can I start selling?

Ticketsmith is opening in small waves. Join the waitlist and we'll send access when your account is ready.

What does it actually cost?

We charge you up to 99c per paid ticket sold, plus whatever Stripe's card processing fees are. We do not take a platform cut or percentage of your sales.

When do I get paid?

Card payments go through Stripe — a secure way to accept cards online. We don't hold or handle your ticket money. Stripe pays out to your bank on the schedule for your Stripe account.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. Stripe is how you accept card payments online securely. Ticketsmith never takes possession of the funds — Stripe processes the payment and pays out to your bank.

Can I run repeat events?

Yes. Set up repeat dates, ticket limits, and time slots without rebuilding the same event every week.

Can I sell at the door?

Not yet. Walk-up door sales aren't built today. If that matters for your events, tell us — we're open to building it.

Do buyers need a Ticketsmith account?

No. We try to be as invisible to your customers as possible — they are yours after all. They buy from your page, get their confirmation, and show up. No Ticketsmith account, app, or login.

Who owns the guest list?

You do. We don't turn your buyers into Ticketsmith leads. Export names, emails, orders, and check-in history for your own records.
